Showa University Koto Toyosu Hospital is easily accessible from airports and major cities.

For international guests, we have two international airports in Tokyo area (Tokyo-Haneda airport and Tokyo-Narita airport.) Tokyo-Haneda airport is a hub of both international flights and domestic flights. Tokyo-Narita airport is also a hub of international flights. Tokyo-Haneda airport is the most convenient from our hospital.

From airport to our hospital

From Haneda Airport

• By taxi, it costs about 50USD to get to our hospital
• About 15 min. ride. It depends on the traffic.

From Narita Airport

• Getting to our hospital by taxi from Narita airport costs about 400USD and more. Instead of taxi, we recommend taking the airport limousine bus which goes directly to Toyosu station (豊洲駅) or Tokyo station (東京駅).
• About 1-hour ride. It depends on the traffic.
• From Toyosu station, it takes about 6 minute-walk to our hospital. From Tokyo station, taking a taxi to get to our hospital costs about 17USD.

Showa University has four major hospitals in Tokyo and Yokohama area. Please tell the taxi driver to go to Showa University Koto Toyosu Hospital. Please show the taxi driver the following information.

From Toyosu Station (豊洲駅) to our hospital

• From Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line Toyosu station: 6 minute-walk from Exit 6B
• From New Transit Yurikamome Line Toyosu station: 6 minute-walk from Exit 2B

① From Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line Toyosu platform to station exit (upper ground)

• 

  Go straight through the ticket gates for Nos. 4 to 6
  Turn right at the end

• 

  Follow the signs for Exit 6B
  Take the stairs (or the elevator on the left side just before the stairs)

• 

  Follow the signs for Exit 6B

• 

  Take the escalator or elevator to the upper ground

• 

  You will see a restaurant with a red signboard (“Nakau”)
  Walk towards it and go through the side of the stairs

• 

  You will see a building on the left (“Ciel Tower”)
  – Turn left on the far end of this building
  → Please proceed to ③ From station exit to our hospital

  Exit the ticket gates and follow the signs for Exit 2B on the right side

  Take the escalator and go down

  Once you reach the ground, turn right
  You will see a restaurant with a red signboard (“Nakau”)
  Walk towards it and go through the side of the stairs

  You will see a building on the left (“Ciel Tower”)
  – Turn left on the far end of this building

  Walk straight until the end of the street
  Along the street, you will pass by Toyosu Park on your right and Hotel Livemax on your left
  At the end of the street, turn right

  Once you turn right, you will see a red building on the far end
  The red building is our hospital

  Cross the road at the end

  Turn left

• 

  This is the front door of the hospital.
  You arrived at your destination.

Digestive Diseases Center

We are in the Endoscopy Suite on the 3rd floor of the hospital. The elevator near Tully’s coffee and Lawson’s convenience store leads directly to the Endoscopy Center Reception Lobby. Signs in the hospital are in both Japanese and English.
